Cherry Grove Observatory Star Party Schedule
List of scheduled events at the MAS Cherry Grove Observatory.
All Cherry Grove events are clear weather events, that is, they will be CANCELLED IF CLOUDY.
Unlike Onan Public Observing Night events, attendance at MAS Star Parties at Cherry Grove is entirely optional. As a result there could be dozens of people also with you at the star party, or there is a remote chance you could find yourself alone! MAS Star Parties at Cherry Grove are generally Friday night events, with Saturday being the backup night.
Star parties at Cherry Grove are called ''ON'' or ''OFF'' based on the weather. See the MAS home page for the latest information regarding the star party status. You can also call the MAS Message Service at 952-467-2426, after 4:00 pm the day of the event for the ''Go / No-Go'' decision.
