DESCRIPTION: The MAS invites everyone to the virtual Beginner’s Group Presentation using ZOOM. \nFeatured Speaker:   Bob KingTopic: “Understanding\, Forecasting and Photographing the Northern Lights” \nSynopsis: We’ll look at what causes the aurora\, how to get alerts so you don’t miss a great show and easy ways to photograph them… \nBob King is a fellow MAS member and is well known to many amateur astronomers thru his “AstroBob” blog. He is one of the more prolific observers and commentators in amateur astronomy today. He loves comets and also enjoys viewing the Northern Lights from his home near Duluth.
