DESCRIPTION:Public Star Party at the MAS Eagle Lake Observatory. \nThe Eagle Lake Observatory consists of the Onan Observatory\, the Sylvia A. Casby Observatory and the HotSpot Classroom. \nPublic nights at Eagle Lake are held about every other Saturday night from March till November. Annually\, we also host all day events for Astronomy Day\, Fall Astronomy Day and our annual Camping with the Stars event. DESCRIPTION:A meetup for astrophotographers will be held Saturday\, June 11 at the Eagle Lake Observatory. The meetup starts at the observatory at 7:00 pm with a 5:00 pm supper (place TBD). We will look at any rigs that people bring out\, solve problems\, and talk about all things astrophotography \nCome on out if you are interested in astrophotography and: \n\nHave no equipment\nHave a camera and a tripod\nHave a telescope/camera rig and need some help or suggestions\nHave a working rig and are willing to set it up\, talk about it\, and give a demonstration\n\nWe’ll still meet if it’s rainy or cloudy\, but not if stormy (watch email for any cancellation).
