DESCRIPTION:The MAS will be hosting a hybrid in-person & ZOOM Monthly Meeting.  MAS meetings are free and open to the public. JOIN US! \nThis will be a MAS Business meeting and we will be reviewing and voting on the 2025 Budget. A 10% Quorum of total members (or a minimum 50 members)  is required. \nRegistration will be required in advance if participating on Zoom.  After registering with your name and email address\, you will be emailed the Zoom link to join the meeting.  Non MAS members will also need to register to participate in the meeting\, but will not be allowed to vote. \nThe proposed budget will be made available to MAS members in advance on Slack: https://mnastro.slack.com/archives/C08FC2RPUNS .
